After payment is confirmed, we prepare your order for dispatch. Processing usually takes 1–2 business days.

UK shipping (Free delivery)

We offer free shipping across the United Kingdom.
Estimated delivery time is 3–10 business days after dispatch (may vary during peak periods and due to carrier delays).

Tracking​

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link/code (when available) so you can follow your delivery.

​Incorrect or incomplete address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, we can resend it, but this may result in a new delivery timeframe and, in some cases, additional costs.

Delivery attempts

If delivery cannot be completed, the carrier may attempt delivery again or redirect the parcel for collection. If the order is returned to us, we’ll contact you to arrange the best solution.

Europe orders (when available)

We may also fulfil orders to European countries. Availability and delivery times vary by destination.

​International shipments may be subject to customs/import fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.
